According to different operating temperatures, it can be divided into alumina (room temperature - 1700 ℃) and clay (room temperature - 1300 ℃); according to different environments, it can be divided into dense type (air impermeable) and non-dense type (breathable).
Corundum horseshoe furnace tube:
The corundum horseshoe-shaped furnace tube is made of dense fused corundum as the skeleton, and the plastic matrix is inorganic or organic. After being sintered at a high temperature of > 1730 ℃, tubular, horseshoe-shaped and various special-shaped corundum products are obtained. Used for wire drawing of tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum and rare metals, powder metallurgy sintering furnace and hydrogen furnace, gas-filled high temperature electric furnace. The stable working temperature can reach 1700 ℃.
Silicon carbide furnace has excellent thermal conductivity, high thermal shock stability, high load softening point and good wear resistance, and is widely used in heat treatment furnaces. Mainly used for mold, metal quenching, annealing, furnace for box-type electric furnace and laboratory use, the temperature in the furnace can reach 1200 ℃.
