This tunnel type high-temperature electric furnace adopts many advanced energy-saving technologies of our company: 1) composite furnace lining technology. The furnace lining bricks will be made into alumina hollow bricks and high-temperature refractory fiber composite structures. This structure can not only effectively reduce the heat storage capacity of the furnace lining, but also increase the insulation and thermal insulation effect of the furnace lining. 2) Heat blocking and fire sealing technology. Sealing bricks were built at both ends of each section of the furnace to form a relatively sealed furnace, effectively reducing the diffusion of furnace heat to both ends of the electric furnace. 3) Intelligent control system. The electric furnace adopts PLC technology to precisely control the current and voltage, enabling it to form a precise match with the power supply system, greatly reducing reactive power consumption. 4) Efficient heat exchange system. An efficient heat exchanger designed and manufactured by our company has been installed in the cooling belt of the electric furnace, which introduces high-temperature gas from the cooling belt into the drying furnace and drying room, achieving zero electricity consumption in the drying furnace and drying room.

Through the implementation of the above energy-saving technologies, the energy-saving effect of the tunnel electric furnace is very significant. In the Gongyi area, the actual cost of sintering 1 ton of alumina hollow ball products using a gas kiln is usually about 1800 yuan (excluding drying costs and desulfurization and denitrification costs), while the actual sintering cost of using this tunnel electric furnace is about 1300 yuan. It can be seen that the energy-saving effect of the tunnel type electric furnace is very significant. The electric heating tunnel kiln fills a gap in China's high-temperature industry, and its multiple technical indicators are at a relatively advanced level in China.
